Appointment Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Coaching sessions must be cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the
appointed hour. If not, the session will be considered done. You can re-schedule your
appointment by logging into your account and selecting a new date. In case
of emergencies within 24 hours prior to the session, please send an
email to info@congruent-minds.com

Appointment No-Show Policy
Should you not attend the coaching session without prior notice, the
coaching session will be considered as carried out, and there will be
no refund.
