  First Visit  

 Please read the "WELCOME TO OUR CLINIC" letter and download and fill out the "FIRST VISIT FORM" from the main website before coming into the clinic. (The main website is open in another browser.) Allow 1 1/2 hours for you first visit.

  FRIEND/FAMILY promotion  

 When you come for a return visit, bring a friend/family member who is new to the clinic with you for free. Book their name under this schedule and book yourself a return visit. They should allow 1 1/2 hour for the visit.
