AppointmentQuest online appointment scheduling just got even better
AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler and Online Appointment Scheduler applications have been enhanced with multiple new features and user interface improvements. AppointmentQuest listened carefully to a lot of great ideas from our customers and has implemented many of suggested service features, along with quite a few items from our internal development list.
Two most important new features included in the update are restricted availability and optimized available appointment date presentation. Restricted availability allows to apply temporary block-off times to schedules, personnel and service locations, making those unavailable for appointments from anywhere between several minutes to days and even weeks. This new Online Appointment Scheduler feature simplifies handling of short and long time-off periods, as well as it allows to manage seasonal changes in business hours with ease. The other part of Online Appointment Scheduler that received dramatic improvement is available date selection page, which is a central part of online appointment making page flow. Online Appointment Scheduler and Online Appointment Scheduler applications now automatically highlight dates for available appointments, with initial date selection always pointing to the first available appointment date, thus significantly simplifying hunting for appointment dates on schedules with irregular seasonal availability.
Key highlights of OAM March 2003 update are:
- One-time and recurring restricted appointment availability
- Time block assignments for schedules, personnel and service locations
- Comprehensive user permissions management
- Multi-user environment improvements
- Optimized available appointment dates presentation
- Simplified resource deactivation for reuse
