Q: How do I get started?
All you need is a computer that has an Internet browser installed. It's easy to set up your own online appointment scheduler — after you register with us our step-by-step account setup wizard will interview you about your business, helping you to set up an online reservation book that precisely fits the needs of your business.

Q: Do I have to have my own website?

If you or your receptionist take appointments over the phone or from an office, you can enter these appointments in your online schedule and keep your calendar up-to-date. If you have walk-in customers and you're fully booked, use AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler to make a future appointment for them.

Q: What synchronization/export/import features does AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler have?
AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler supports synchronization with both Outlook and PDA: Schedule summary and each appointment information can be viewed and printed out in PDF format and exported into Excel or other spreadsheet-processing tool of your choice.

Q: What business information should I provide to register with AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler?
Our online enrollment is quick and easy and requires you to enter just the business name, business category, and your contact and billing information. It will take you no more than 5 minutes to complete the enrollment process and start using AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler.

Q: Will AppointmentQuest disclose my personal and business information?

Login and Password

Q: If I lose my login information or my password, how do I retrieve this information?
First, please try using our “Forget your password” link on the login page. Make sure to provide the same e-mail address you used to sign up for services. If this doesn't work, please let us know at support@appointmentquest.com. Please make sure to provide account identification information (such as your account number and a billing address) with your request.

Billing and Payments

Q: Which credit cards are accepted?
AppointmentQuest accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Please use a credit card that does not expire for at least 3 months.

Q: I want to cancel my service. What should I do?
If you would like to close your AppointmentQuest account, please go to your Account Statements page (Account > Setup > Statements) and find the "Request Account Termination" button at the bottom of it. Please make sure to login as account administrator. Once we receive your request it will be processed within 24 hours.

Q: I registered with AppointmentQuest and got the 30-day trial deal. Are you going to charge my credit card for it?
No. First of all, AppointmentQuest does not require you to provide your credit card information in order to open a trial account. Credit card is only required to activate the trial account into regular subscription. Even then, within the trial period we do not charge your credit card for the first 30 days of using our services. The first charge will appear when the trial is over and you have an active account with AppointmentQuest. If you terminate your account before your trial period is over, there will be no charges to your credit card.

Q: How do I view my invoices?
All of your service invoices and payment receipts are available for viewing and printing in AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler, in Account > Setup > Statements.

Q: If I terminate my account will I get a refund?
AppointmentQuest service fees are not refundable.

If you have questions about billing please send an email to sales@appointmentquest.com. In case you have comments or suggestions about our service please report them to support@appointmentquest.com. To keep our prices affordable for small businesses and individual entrepreneurs we do not provide customer support over the phone.
