Ok, now account setup is complete, service schedules are published, company website is integrated with AppointmentQuest online appointment scheduling and ready to accept appointments. One of the pages on the website features a 'Make appointment' link which your customers are happy to click at. What happens next?

Appointment Preferences

The next step is to choose Direct Offer (service discount) and service representative. Both are optional with availability set by the service providing business. If neither one is available for selection, this page is not shown to the customer.

If customer skips personnel selection, the system will automatically choose the less booked service representative.
