Account Setup
Before any appointment scheduling can begin, it is necessary to configure the service that will be managing it. Think about it as a new phone answering machine it cannot greet callers with a personalized message until the machine is properly set up by its owner. Let's set it up!
Business User Setup
Business user is an authorized user of the account. Every business user has his/her own login name, password and a set of permissions. One business user is designated as account administrator.
Access permissions define business user's ability to edit and delete schedules, custom forms and direct offers.
Only account administrator can add, modify and delete business users and personnel records within the account.
